Items marked “NOT AVAILABLE / Price upon request” are currently not available for order. As soon as these items become available again, the respective marking will be removed. Please refrain from related inquiries. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Status Information
We receive many inquiries that are time-consuming to research. Almost all shipments arrive, even if occasionally delayed beyond the usual 2–3 business days.
When an order is released for shipment, you will receive an email from our shop (Time 1). Later (this may take several hours or 1–2 days), you will receive another email from DHL with your tracking number.
Tracking information is meant as assistance, but please do not worry if tracking updates appear delayed. Sometimes tracking does not update correctly, and this cannot always be explained.
Only if 10 days after Time 1 no shipment has arrived or tracking has stopped, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation. Before that, neither we nor the shipping provider can assist.
Most shipments arrive within 2–3 business days after Time 1, but occasionally it may take up to two weeks. We gladly accept inquiries after one week.
For international shipments, longer delivery times apply.

We receive a large number of emails and answer them where appropriate. Brigitta may need up to 3 days to respond. This does not mean your inquiry has been ignored.
Sending repeated emails within hours or the following day delays the process further. Please allow up to 3 days for a response.
Adding Items to an Existing Order
When an order is released for shipment (Time 1), you receive an email confirmation. If this has not yet occurred, you may place an additional order.
In the comment field (“Notes or Comments”), please enter the number of your original, not yet shipped order.
Select the shipping method “Self pickup (Additional order)”. No additional shipping costs will be charged, and we will combine both orders.
If Time 1 has already occurred, this is no longer possible. In that case, a new order with regular shipping costs must be placed.
